A Birmingham real estate firm has been tapped to manage leasing at a metro shopping center.
Bayer Properties has added Publix-anchored Chelsea Crossroads to its portfolio.
The shopping center has available spaces that range from 1,050 square feet to a 1-acre outparcel. It currently offers a mix of retailers and restaurants, including Chelsea Comprehensive Dental, High Cotton Boutique, Bojangles, RaceTrac – one of its most recent tenants – and more.
“As Bayer continues to expand its portfolio, we are looking forward to growing our relationship with Selig to successfully lease Chelsea Crossroads,” said Paul Neuroth, executive vice president of leasing at Bayer. “We are focused on identifying strategic opportunities among neighborhood shopping centers like Chelsea Crossroads to deliver the essential offerings that meet the wants and needs of surrounding communities.”
Atlanta-based Selig Enterprises owns the shopping center located along U.S. Highway 280 in Chelsea – a growing metro Birmingham city that has seen a 30% population increase since 2010.
